At Timeless Pendants, we take pride in crafting meaningful, high-quality pieces. Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we have a No Refunds policy. Please review the full policy below before making your purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

  • Exchanges are available only on non-personalized items.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and reshipping exchanged items.


Our Responsibility (Mistakes on Our End)

If an error is made by Timeless Pendants, such as:

  • Shipping the wrong item

  • Incorrect personalization

  • Shipment issues caused by us

We will cover the cost to correct it, including any related shipping charges.


Repairs

We offer a 7-Day Repair Policy for any defective items due to craftsmanship issues or damage during shipping.

  • If your jewelry arrives broken or defective (and not due to wear or misuse), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

  • Shipping fees for sending the item back to us are the customer’s responsibility.

Repair requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Personalized items (custom text, photos, 3D laser prints, engravings, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition to qualify for store credit or repair.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
