At Timeless Pendants, we take pride in crafting meaningful, high-quality pieces. Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we have a No Refunds policy. Please review the full policy below before making your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges

No refunds will be issued.

We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Exchanges are available only on non-personalized items.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and reshipping exchanged items.
Our Responsibility (Mistakes on Our End)
If an error is made by Timeless Pendants, such as:

Shipping the wrong item

Incorrect personalization

Shipment issues caused by us
We will cover the cost to correct it, including any related shipping charges.
Repairs
We offer a 7-Day Repair Policy for any defective items due to craftsmanship issues or damage during shipping.

If your jewelry arrives broken or defective (and not due to wear or misuse), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Shipping fees for sending the item back to us are the customer’s responsibility.
Repair requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Personalized items (custom text, photos, 3D laser prints, engravings, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition to qualify for store credit or repair.
